A number of hight profile celebrities made their way to the StubHub Center for the 2014 CrossFit Games, including professional athletes, actors, and television stars.
Hollywood star Michael Ealy was one of them.
Ealy has starred in a number of well known movies including Barbershop, Seven Pounds, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Last Vegas and current new release About Last Night.
What people don’t know about Ealy is that he is also a CrossFitter. The 41 year old trains out of Reebok CrossFit LAB, using the fitness regime to get in shape for movies and keep fit.
We caught up with Michael Ealy at the 2014 CrossFit Games to find out more about his love for CrossFit, what he’s like as an athlete, and what his plans are in the near future.
